REGISTRATION FORM - NORTH ATLANTIC REGION #1
Name of Event:
All chorus members competing each spring must register.  Please check packets for costs.
Registration for Fall and Winter Regional is funded through regional assessments paid by choruses.
All attendees must register for each event, even if they are only coming for the day.
There will be a $10.00/pp late fee for anyone registering after the deadline for regional weekends.
Also, non-members still need to pay.  Please check deadline and fee schedule in your packet.
List names alphabetically and include titles of directors, presidents/TCs and regional committee members.
